Built by One Person Who Answers His Own Phone
DirectLine Pavement Services is a new company. Here's why that's an advantage, not a drawback.
The Short Version
Meet Ismael
I started DirectLine Pavement Services because I saw the same problem over and over on commercial properties across Southwest Florida: faded lines, missing or undersized accessible stalls, and property managers who had no idea their lot was out of compliance until someone complained.
I built this company to fix that โ with a direct, no-nonsense approach that matches the name. When you call DirectLine, you get me. Not a dispatcher, not a subcontracted crew you'll never talk to again, not a sales rep reading from a script. I quote the job, I run the crew, and if something comes up mid-project, I'm the one who picks up the phone.
That matters most on the two things I take most seriously: getting accessible stall marking right the first time, and giving you a straightforward price with no surprise line items at the end.
Why Work With a New Company?
Because a new company with everything riding on every single job works harder than one that's coasting on its name. I'm not managing a portfolio of accounts โ I'm building one relationship at a time, starting with getting your lot right.
No inflated claims, no manufactured reviews. Just a clear scope, a fair price, and work you can walk out and inspect yourself.
How I Work
What You Can Expect
-
A Real Answer, Fast
Call or send a quote request and you'll hear back from me directly, usually the same business day โ not a call center queue.
-
Careful, Accurate Re-Marking
Every restriping quote includes a careful look at your existing accessible stalls and layout, so what we repaint matches what's there โ accurately and consistently, even if you didn't ask for it.
-
One Price, Explained Clearly
You'll know what you're paying for and why before any work starts. No vague "and other fees may apply."
-
Accountability That Doesn't Disappear
If something about the job needs a second look after we finish, you're calling the same person who did the work โ not starting over with someone new.
Let's Talk About Your Lot
No pressure, no scripted pitch โ just a straight answer on what your property needs.
